NW12 Heavy Duty Erosion Control Non-Woven Fabric

Our NW12 heavy-duty erosion control fabric is made of 100% polypropylene material and allows high water flow and superior stabilization for soil separation. The non-woven fabric has a high strength rating while being dimensionally stable for all your hardscape and landscape retaining walls, underlayments, and heavy rip-rap. This material is non-biodegradable, will not rot or mildew, can resist ultraviolet light deterioration, and can withstand damage from common soil chemicals, insects, and rodents.

NW12 Heavy Duty Erosion Control Fabric Instructions

  1. Prepare Area

    1. Remove all rocks and heavy roots from the desired area before laying down fabric.

  2. Place Fabric

    1. Unroll fabric and cut to desired length. Overlap each section 18-24 inches. Secure fabric with SRW Fabric Staples, staggering 1.2 staples per square yard.

  3. Cover Fabric

    1. Completely cover with landscape aggregate or stone to protect fabric from sunlight and to enhance the appearance of the project.
