StrawMax™ Instructions

  • Preparation

    • Prepare the area by removing weeds and debris, rake if necessary.

  • Application

    • Apply seed to the area, add fertilizer if desired.
    • Evenly spread a layer of StrawMax over the seeded area.

  • Finishing Touches

    • Immediately wet the area with a garden hose, ideally with a spray nozzle on a shower setting. Watering helps compact the straw and also activate the natural tackifier to hold the straw and seeds in place.
